Welcome to Nika

The Nika Privacy Policy explains how we collect your personal data, with the strictest respect for your rights, and how that data is used. When we talk about “Nika,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in this policy, we are referring to Nika SAS.

Definition and nature of personal data

During your use of the services that can be accessed on our website, https://trynika.com/ and on our apps, later referred to as "Nika" or "Service", we may require you to provide us with personal data. “Personal data” means any data that enables a person to be identified, e.g. your family name, given name, photograph, or email address, as well as any other information with which you choose to provide us.

Collecting personal data

Your personal data is collected to meet one or several of the following requirements:

We will inform you, when requesting your personal data, if certain data must be provided or if it is optional. We will also inform you of the consequences should you not wish to provide this data.

Third-Party Service Integration

Our Service allows you to integrate and create dashboards from various online third-party services ("Third-Party Services"). In order to take advantage of this feature, you may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When you enable linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and your data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We store your Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.

When you enable the Service to link content and data between Third-Party Services, the Third-Party Services will provide us with access to certain information that you may have provided to the Third-Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

GDPR

Nika is compliant with General Data Protection Regulation.

Prohibition on the sale of personal data

We shall not sell, transfer or lease out your personal data to third parties.

Duration that personal data is kept

We will retain Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you close your account with us, there may be residual data that will remain within our databases and other records, which will not be removed.

Your data on the go

You can ask for a backup of your data at any time through your profile settings.

Should you want to remove your account, you can contact us at contact@trynika.com and ask for account deletion.

Your data will be removed under 30 days after that action.

Safety

For your information, we take all necessary precautions, as well as the appropriate organizational and technical measures, to maintain the security, integrity and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular to prevent it from being deformed or damaged and to prevent any unauthorized third party from accessing it.

Cookies, Pixel Tags/Web Beacons, and Analytics Information

We, as well as third parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on the Services, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the Services. Technologies are essentially small data files placed on your devices that allow us and our partners to record certain pieces of information whenever you visit or interact with our Services.

Session-based technologies last only while your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent technologies last until you or your browser delete them or until they expire.

Some technologies are associated with your account and personal information in order to remember that you are logged in. Other technologies are not tied to your account but are unique and allow us to carry out site analytics and customization, among other similar things.

Finally, we use third parties like Google Analytics, Segment, Indicative, Intercom, Mixpanel and Amplitude for website analytics. You may opt-out of third party technologies from Google Analytics on its website.

Consent

When you choose to provide your personal data you expressly give your consent for the collecting and use of your personal data in compliance with the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy and the legislation in force.

Modifications

Any change of this policy will be posted on this page. If you continue to use the Services after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy.
